The Leadership Practice

Developing Emotional & Relational Capacity Together
Leadership requires more than expertise, strategy, and decision-making.
Every day, leaders navigate pressure, competing priorities, difficult conversations, complex relationships, and the expectations that come with responsibility. Yet few leaders have opportunities to intentionally develop the emotional and relational skills that influence how they respond in those moments.
The Leadership Practice is a small-group leadership development experience is designed for leaders who want to better understand how they think, respond, and relate under pressure. Through a combination of practical frameworks, guided reflection, and facilitated discussion, participants develop greater awareness of the patterns that shape their leadership and relationships.

Who is this for?
"The opportunity to think about "who I am" and consider how I exist in the world of my business was incredibly valuable. It was refreshing to see the role of leadership as a process, and not fixed (or fixable)."
Bob Somers, Principal,
SCATLIFF + MILLER + MURRAY
The Leadership Practice is designed for leaders who:
-
Carry significant responsibility within their organization, business, or community
-
Want to strengthen their emotional and relational capacity
-
Value self-awareness as a leadership skill
-
Are open to reflection, discussion, and personal growth
-
Want practical tools they can apply immediately
Group size is intentionally limited to support meaningful discussion and participation.
“I would strongly encourage anyone considering a future cohort to participate. The relationships and perspectives you gain are every bit as valuable as the formal learning, and the experience will stay with you long after the sessions are over.”
