Service Description

The Leadership Practice is a confidential small group for women in leadership who want to strengthen the inner skills that modern leadership demands with a focus on emotional awareness, regulation under pressure, and relational effectiveness. This is a practice space - structured, grounded, and designed for leaders who are ready to build the capacity that sustainable leadership requires. Details: - Four sessions, every other Thursday from 1:00-3:00 PM - October 8 | October 22 | November 5 | November 19 - Investment: $1480 for the series - Location: All four sessions will be hosted in-person in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Each 2-hour session combines a short teaching component, guided individual and small group practice, and time for reflection and discussion. The group is intentionally small (up to 8 participants) to allow for real depth, trust, and meaningful conversation. Session Themes: - Session 1 (October 8) — Awareness under pressure: Understanding how emotions show up in leadership and how to work with them - Session 2 (October 22) — Centres of Intelligence: How the Body, Heart and Mind Effect Decision-Making - Session 3 (November 5) — Communication & Relational Skills: How to communicate and connect more effectively under pressure - Session 4 (November 18) — Human Instincts: Understanding the Deeper Patterns Beneath the Surface This group is co-led by: Tamara Kroeker Leadership Coach & Workplace Culture Consultant Tamara supports leaders to deepen self-awareness, recognize their internal patterns, and strengthen emotional and relational capacity. Her work focuses on helping individuals engage more intentionally in how they lead, communicate, and navigate complexity. Dr. Lindsay Berard Clinical & Performance Consultant Lindsay helps leaders, athletes, and high performers build greater awareness of how they respond under pressure and develop the skills to navigate challenges more effectively. Her work focuses on strengthening emotional regulation, communication, resilience, and performance so individuals can lead, connect, and perform with greater intention and impact. *The participants of this group are thoughtfully put together.
