Cultivate

A Collaborative Experience for Women Who Lead
A day of reflection, self-awareness, connection, and intentional leadership.
Cultivate is a chance to step out of that pace for a day and reconnect with yourself, your values, and what you want the season ahead to look like. Hosted among the flowers at Masagana Flower Farm, this small, in-person experience blends guided reflection, honest conversation, and hands-on creativity. You'll leave with a clearer sense of what you're leading toward, real connection with other women who understand the weight of leadership, and a floral creation that represents what you're intentionally growing in your life and work.
Who is this for?
Cultivate is designed for women who:
-
Want space to reflect with peers with similar roles and responsibilities
-
Value self-awareness as part of how they lead
-
Are open to conversation, connection, and hands-on creativity
Group size is limited to 10–12 women, so the day stays personal and the conversations stay real.
This group is co-led by:

Tamara Kroeker
Tamara Kroeker is a coach, facilitator, and speaker specializing in self-awareness and relational intelligence in the workplace. As an International Enneagram Association (IEA) Certified Professional, she brings deep expertise in the Enneagram to help individuals and teams understand their core motivations, improve communication, and strengthen collaboration.
At the core of her work is the belief that personal growth is organizational growth. Every shift in awareness strengthens not just the individual but the culture around them. Your strongest team starts with a better understanding of YOU.
Lourdes Still
Lourdes Still is the founder of Masagana Flower Farm & Studio, an award-winning, seasonal flower farm with a year-round dye studio located in Southeast Manitoba. She wears many hats: farmer, natural dye artist, and experience guide for her signature tourism offering, Tinta Experience, a one-of-a-kind workshop on natural dyeing.
She hosts the Tinta Experience, nature-based workshop where guests explore natural dyeing using seasonally grown flowers and other traditional colour sources. Her work brings together art, environmental awareness, and our connection with the land, ourselves and one another. She believes that cultivating gardens is necessary, impactful and transformative. It's where joy and (plant) magic are right at our fingertips.

Join us for a day to step back, reflect, and reconnect with the leader you're becoming.
