Let's Talk Money: The Cost of In-Depth Team Coaching
I have thought a lot about posting this blog. There are pros and cons to addressing the costs, fees and money involved in coaching and group facilitation. But what I come back to again and again is that I always feel better when I know what to expect right from the start.
Even in preparing to write this post, everything I have tried to research about the costs of coaching begins with ... it depends. And I agree, there are a lot of variables when creating a custom program to engage your team in workplace culture development. But there are also things you can know upfront so you can feel confident in moving forward with the right program and the right coach.
For more information on the three stages of engagement in the Enneagram for Corporate Engagement, follow THIS LINK.
COST | WHY? | |
$60/person | The Enneagram Compass Test is the newest and most effective Enneagram test currently available. This test not only presents you with your Enneagram Type, it also tackles your potential subtype and provides a comprehensive report on type patterns and growth strategies. | |
2. Integration: Meet with Your Team | $400-600/hour | Integration sessions are crucial for understanding the powerful insights of the Enneagram. The cost of these sessions are dependent on the needs of each organization. Plan to include between 2-6 hours of time and cost for integration with your team. |
3. Coaching: Work with an Expert | $240/hour | This third level of growth is where the magic happens. Every person on your leadership team and in your organization has their own set of unique strengths and challenges. Committing time and money to individual coaching guarantees an accelerated plan for growth and leadership development. |
Someone recently told me, "you know your business isn't one of the front-line costs for a business, right?" I agree, it isn't at the top of a business leader's mind when they're overwhelmed with financial reports, inventory, staffing, advertising, legal fees, technology, marketing ... until something even more costly sneaks up on them - the cost of an under-performing team.
Investing in coaching for your team will:
Confirm the right people are in the right seats
Improve overall communication
Create a more effective and efficient team
Develop trust within the team
Cultivate powerful leaders
There are many ways I can outline the benefits of coaching and the Enneagram and there are just as many ways I could scare you into purchasing these services because of the many costs of toxic people, workplaces and teams.
But in my opinion, the question to be answered is: do you believe your team is working at their maximum effectiveness? You can hire strong people and you can put them in a room together, but you cannot guarantee they will operate as a powerful team.
Ineffective teams cost money.
Develop their potential, and build a team that becomes your greatest asset.
