Format: 6-hour workshop Overview: This immersive experience uncovers the hidden motivations, defence mechanisms, and patterns that shape leadership effectiveness. Designed for leaders ready to take their self-awareness to the next level. This workshop helps participants: - Identify unconscious behaviours that impact leadership effectiveness. - Develop tools to adapt their leadership style to diverse team needs. - Foster authenticity while navigating challenges. Outcomes: - Gain deeper clarity on personal leadership impact and legacy. - Strengthen resilience and emotional intelligence for leadership growth. - Build trust and credibility through authentic leadership practices. *Workshops can be delivered in-person or virtually, with pricing based on number of participants. Customization is available to fit your team's specific needs. **Prior to the workshop, each participant will complete the Enneagram Compass™ Test to enhance their understanding and engagement. The cost of this assessment is included in the price below.
Cancellation Policy
Booking a Beyond Basics workshop confirms your participation and holds the date and time for your session. Full payment is required at the time of booking. Cancellations made at least 14 days in advance are eligible for a full refund, minus the cost of the Enneagram Compass™ Test (if applicable). Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance are eligible for a 50% refund, minus the cost of the Enneagram Compass™ Test (if applicable). Cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop are non-refundable. Note: The Enneagram Compass™ Test is purchased through an external provider. For this reason, test fees are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed. Payment confirms agreement to these terms.
