The Seeing Clearly Leadership Series
The Seeing Clearly Series is the signature offering for EnneagramAWARE. It is designed for teams ready to do the in-depth work of relational and emotional development together through increased understanding of yourself, your patterns, and the people you lead alongside.
Through a combination of group learning sessions and focused one-on-ones, your team will explore the Enneagram as a living framework for self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and trust. Each session builds on the last, creating a shared language and depth of insight that a single workshop simply can't deliver.

Four 4-hour live-facilitated sessions (16 hours total)

Individual Enneagram assessment and report for each participant

Two personal coaching sessions per participant

Printed and digital materials for in-session learning and long-term reference

Optional add-ons: individual coaching, team report, and custom strategy session
This series can be delivered virtually or in person, on a schedule that works for your team - weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Ideally suited for teams of up to 10 leaders.
