Format: 4-hour workshop Overview: This session takes a deeper dive into the Enneagram, exploring how each type approaches leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal dynamics. All participants are required to complete the Enneagram Compass™ Test prior to the workshop to ensure a personalized and effective learning experience. The cost of this assessment is included in the price below. Leaders will: - Discover their leadership strengths and areas for growth. - Learn how each type influences decision-making and communication. - Challenge assumptions about their leadership style to unlock potential. Outcomes: - Develop leadership strategies tailored to individual and team needs. - Enhance adaptability in managing diverse personality styles. - Strengthen decision-making through increased self-awareness. *Workshops can be delivered in-person or virtually. **The Enneagram Compass™ Test is completed through an external site, with access details provided a week prior to the workshop.
Cancellation Policy
Booking a Beyond Basics workshop confirms your participation and holds the date and time for your session. Full payment is required at the time of booking. Cancellations made at least 14 days in advance are eligible for a full refund, minus the cost of the Enneagram Compass™ Test (if applicable). Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance are eligible for a 50% refund, minus the cost of the Enneagram Compass™ Test (if applicable). Cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop are non-refundable. Note: The Enneagram Compass™ Test is purchased through an external provider. For this reason, test fees are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed. Payment confirms agreement to these terms.
