Service Description

A day of reflection, self-awareness, connection, and intentional leadership. Hosted among the flowers at Masagana Flower Farm, this intimate experience invites female leaders to step away from the demands of everyday leadership and reconnect with themselves, their values, and the season ahead. Participants will leave with deeper self-awareness, meaningful connections, a renewed sense of purpose and inspiration, and a floral creation that reminds them of what they are intentionally cultivating in their leadership and life. Date: Monday, September 21, 2026 Location: Masagana Flower Farm & Studio near Richer, Manitoba Time: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM Participants: Limited to 12 female leaders Cost: $560 (+GST) You’ll Leave With: - A greater understanding of yourself and your journey of self-awareness - Meaningful connections with other women leaders - A personal leadership intention for the season ahead - A handcrafted floral dyed silk arrangement to take home as a reminder of what you’re cultivating and to remember this experience This experience is co-led by Tamara Kroeker and Lourdes Still. Their hope is to provide a pause in the busy lives of female leaders, an intentional reset as the seasons change and a chance to connect with others doing the same.
