Service Description
Format: 2-hour interactive workshop Overview: This foundational session introduces the Enneagram as a tool for understanding personality, behaviour, and team dynamics. Participants will: - Learn the nine Enneagram types and their core motivations. - Gain insights into personal tendencies and blind spots. - Begin the journey toward greater self-awareness and relational intelligence. This session is designed to be interactive, with time for personal reflection, engaging discussions with colleagues, and practical exercises to bring the material to life. Outcomes: - Build trust and rapport among team members. - Gain tools for reducing misunderstandings and improving collaboration. - Strengthen team alignment through greater interpersonal insight. *Workshops can be delivered in-person or virtually, with pricing based on groups of up to 20 participants. Customization is available to fit your team's specific needs.
Cancellation Policy
Booking a Beyond Basics workshop confirms your participation and holds the date and time for your session. Full payment is required at the time of booking. Cancellations made at least 14 days in advance are eligible for a full refund, minus the cost of the Enneagram Compassâ„¢ Test (if applicable). Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance are eligible for a 50% refund, minus the cost of the Enneagram Compassâ„¢ Test (if applicable). Cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop are non-refundable. Note: The Enneagram Compassâ„¢ Test is purchased through an external provider. For this reason, test fees are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed. Payment confirms agreement to these terms.
