Cancellation Policy
Booking a Beyond Basics workshop confirms your participation and holds the date and time for your session. Full payment is required at the time of booking. Cancellations made at least 14 days in advance are eligible for a full refund, minus the cost of the Enneagram Compass™ Test (if applicable). Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance are eligible for a 50% refund, minus the cost of the Enneagram Compass™ Test (if applicable). Cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop are non-refundable. Note: The Enneagram Compass™ Test is purchased through an external provider. For this reason, test fees are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed. Payment confirms agreement to these terms.
