How does the Enneagram hold up against other personality systems?

There are many personality systems out there that provide opportunities for growth and development. Whatever system you find that can give you insight into your patterns and behaviours is the system for you! The Enneagram has an incredible depth to it that includes important pieces like motivation, communication style, decision-making differentiators and dominant emotional centre. On the surface, it appears to be the same labeling system as other models but the further you dig, the more you will begin to realize the Enneagram is less of a personality system and more of a tool on how to be human. Is there a test I can take to learn my Enneagram number?

There are lots of great tests and resources available to give you insight into your personality. One of the most accurate ones to date is found HERE created by the CP Enneagram Academy. A great introduction to the system can be found by simply reading through the NINE TYPES (or download the Fast Five statements available in the SHOP) and then have a conversation with people who know you well or book a PERSONAL COACHING SESSION.
